Pajaro Valley Arts secured a grant from the California Arts Council to fund this project. Through Community Arts & Empowerment, Kathleen ran an RFP to find a local artist and the community selected Jaimez Sanchez’s image “The Community of the Heart”. Kathleen and two assistants translated the image into mosaics at the Muzzio Mosaic Arts
